Meet your Librarian:

Ms. Jessica Lindsey is originally from Texas and moved to Decatur in 2000. She graduated from Athens State University in 2003 with her BA in Elementary Education. Since then she spent 13 years in the classroom teaching 4th and 5th grade here at Julian Harris. In 2008, Ms. Lindsey achieved National Board Certified Teacher accreditation. In 2015, Ms. Lindsey completed her Masters in Library Media Specialist from the University of West Alabama. In 2016, she was Frances Nungester's Library Media Specialist and then returned to Julian Harris as our Library Media Specialist.
