We need help! We are collecting Boxtops for Education, and aluminum cans. The money we earn from this will go toward our new playground. Anything you can send would be helpful! PTA Programs ParTicipAte The Decatur City Council of PTAs is blessed to have the support of many of our area businesses through the ParTicipAte Program. As an incentive to join PTA, area merchants offer discounts and special offers to patrons who show their PTA card. Download a list of ParTicipAte Members. Thumbody The Thumbody Program is held in conjunction with the Mental Health Association in our elementary schools. The program is designed to teach self-confidence to our children at an early age. The children watch a video and play games designed to help them learn to make good choices and resist peer pressure while showing them that they are unique and valuable.
