Welcome to the LSMS Website! I hope the information on these pages will be helpful to you. Betty Ann Mitchum

Our library is open at all times for students to check-out books and for independent research. In addition, each class has a designated time for her students to use the library each week for instruction. Teachers and the LMS plan together to coordinate library instruction with the classroom curriculum and to make sure library skills are taught within that context.

August 25-29

Third graders are learning how to check out books this week using their barcode numbers.  All students are viewing the Scholastic Author DVD to find out about the new titles that will be available at the bookfair!
