My name is Lisa Cagle and I work for the Alabama Reading Initiative as a reading coach at Benjamin Davis Elementary. My job is to help teachers establish a highly effective reading program in their classroom. We use research based strategies to help provide the best instruction possible while individualizing for student needs. We work together as a team to instill the LOVE OF READING into our students! I also work with students in small groups to improve their reading skills. I enjoy the interaction with both the teachers and students at Ben Davis! Learn to Read........Read to Learn!
