PTA Book Fair in theater: 7:15-8:00 a.m. & 3:00-4:00 p.m. PTA Meeting / Book Fair Thursday, Feb. 11th at 6:00 p.m The program will highlight our 7Habits School-wide program. The program will feature students from each grade level talking about a habit and how it relates to them. All students will sing the 7Habits Song and a brief video clip will be shown. Please come out Thursday night to help with this program.

Grrade level winners: K: Mrs. McGinnis' Class with 197 cans 1: Mrs. Wiimberley's Class with 176 cans 2: Mrs. Washington's Class with 389 cans 3: Mr. Thomas' Class with 393 cans (Overall Winner) 4: Mrs. Moses' Class with 228 cans 5: Mr. Riddle's Class with 130 cans This is a new school record of 3,848 cans of food collected.

Parents: If you have not signed up for Decatur City Schools emergency notification service please consider it. In the near future it will provide the school system with a way to notify parents with emergency information. We will be able to send text messages and emails in case of bad weather or other emergencies. You can sign up on the quick links section of the DCS.EDU home page. Consider it.
